The Russian attack on Ukraine will not remain without consequences for the hightech industry in Europe. As part of its Executive Panel, the IVAM Microtechnology Network has surveyed the current mood regarding the Ukraine crisis among selected executives in the micro and nanotechnology industry.
The majority of respondents anticipate significant, in some cases even devastating, effects on the high-tech industry.
17% of the companies surveyed are directly affected, 35% are indirectly affected through their customers. 48% are not currently affected by the crisis.
All of the executives surveyed are in favor of sanctions against Russia and some even consider them to be too weak..
